What motivates me
I am most motivated and fulfilled by the right people and a shared mission
I am driven by various topics, but above all, by topics that benefit society. I appreciate it when people and companies are aware of their responsibility and their actions are determined not only by economic factors, but above all by values and a vision worth striving for.
I am also motivated by development and continuous learning. I find fulfillment in constantly new challenges, collaborative exchanges and continuous learning progress.

In 2023, I decided to join a team of 2 other entrepreneurs as a designer and product specialist. Even though the team disbanded after a year and a real company was never established, it was an enlightening experience where I was able to explore my strengths and experiment in all areas of design, such as communication and marketing, UX/UI design, product management and strategic thinking.
When I reflect on this time, I also realize that I learned above all about communication, criticism and conflict competence.

A highlight from my career
A highlight of my career was teaching a UX design course at my former university in Berlin.
In 2022, I taught a group of students in a design course at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. The topic was a UX sprint about car-free cities. The students were asked to design user-centered solutions for this scenario using typical UX methods such as exploratory interviews, rapid prototyping, usability testing and more.
For me, the biggest challenge was to meet the needs of the different students quickly and at the same time and to challenge and support them individually and according to their level.
